I ordered sand and shell candles for wedding favors since our wedding is going to be based on a beach
theme. They came with thank you for sharing our day tags, that I really liked. When they arrived, the tags
were all bent due to the packaging. The packaging protected the candles, but did damage to the tags.
When I notified them they were more than supportive. They (Katherine Boyer)displayed STELLAR
customer service by responding the very next day AND to offer me PERSONALIZED tags that I never
expected. I just wanted a replacement of the original tags that came with candles but got something
more. I would defintely recommend this company in the future.

I was extremely pleased with my shopping experience at catalinacollectibles.com. I searched quite a few
other websites for the same product and Catalina Collectibles had the best price. In addition, they did not
require you to purchase a minimum quantity per order which was great. Most of the other websites not
only charged a higher price but also required a minimum purchase which meant we would have had
several extra party favors. I was also extremely pleased with the timely manner in which the product was
shipped. The product arrived very quickly and the shipping and handling charge was very reasonable. I
