Placing an Order
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping basket and enter your credit card
information. If you have questions regarding any of our products and services, you can email us 24 hours a day, 7
days a week, at info@catalinacollectibles.com.
Guarantee/Returns
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. Nevertheless,
rest assured that you can return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason or no reason. We want
you to be 100% happy with the wedding favors for your most special day or we refuse to accept your money!
If you need to return something, please send an email to info@catalinacollectibles.com within 7 days of receiving your
order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused
and in the original packaging. Catalina Collectibles will refund the purchase price of the favors and sales tax as
applicable. Shipping fees can not be refunded as this is a real service that has been provided. If you are unsure about
any product, please order a sample first.
If you receive the wrong items, please contact us immediately. Catalina Collectibles will forward the correct items to
you and arrange to have UPS pick up the unwanted package.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Catalina Collectibles will forward replacement items
to you immediately and arrange to have UPS pick up the damaged package. We will take care of claims for damaged
packages with UPS so you don't have to.
If your package is missing items you have ordered, please contact us immediately. We will have the items shipped to
you right away.

We accept Visa and Mastercard.
Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 7 business days from when the order was placed. The product descriptions provide an
estimated time to ship. In the event you require a rush order, please email us to discuss special arrangements.
Shipping
Catalina Collectibles uses UPS for most shipping within the United States and Puerto Rico. Contact us by email if you
would like to make special shipping arrangements. Shipping charges for US packages are calculated automatically in
the shopping cart and vary by weight.
Select UPS Worldwide for shipments to Canada. There will be a customs fee of $10.95 added to all shipments to
Canada.
We are not currently shipping International packages.
No Minimum Order Requirement!
Catalina Collectibles has no minimum order requirement. Feel free to order a sampler -- and don't forget to ask us for
ideas. We can help you come up with the perfect idea for your particular wedding!
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia (7%). This is due to the fact that
our corporate office is in Cumming, Georgia. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
Rush Orders
In the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the items at Catalina Collectibles, please send us an
email. We will do whatever we can to accomodate you.
